At Masimbo Global Financial Solutions (MaGFiS) LLC, our journey began with a simple yet powerful vision: to make financial empowerment accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or income level. Established in 2018 in Freetown, Sierra Leone, MaGFiS was founded on a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and families striving for financial stability in an increasingly complex world.

On July 8, 2024, MaGFiS took a significant step forward by registering MaGFiS as a Limited Liability Company in Wilmington, Delaware, United States. This milestone marked a new chapter in our commitment to expanding our reach and delivering innovative financial solutions to a global audience.

Our founder, Dr. Joseph Conteh, envisioned a financial services company that would go beyond numbers and spreadsheets. He wanted to create a movement—one that combined cutting-edge technology, personalized solutions, and a commitment to educating and uplifting communities. With a laptop, a small office, and a big dream, Joseph set out to redefine what financial services could mean for those often left out of the conversation.

From the very beginning, MaGFiS stood apart. We didn’t just serve clients; we built relationships.
